Soon after getting a degree in industrial design, I bluffed my way into the property industry and have been working in “the business” for 20 years.

Over that time I have been fortunate enough to have done pretty much everything I was interested in, from web, motion and graphic design to creative direction, team leadership, digital and strategic marketing and, most recently, property strategy.  All that for properties across 15 countries or so.

The desire to know what matters most and which way to go is what makes me fascinated with strategy. No matter how unpredictable the future is, a responsive strategy helps make businesses resilient when dealing with change and transformation – that is what the “Working On It” podcast is about.
